Bill is the founder of Red Dirt Electric, a Paradise native, and a Camp Fire survivor. Having personally experienced the devastation and rebuilding process after the fire, Bill is driven by a mission to leave every home better than before delivering high-quality, reliable residential electrical services to the community he calls home.

Office Manager

Menen is a full-time student at California State University, Chico, where she is pursuing a degree in Organizational Communication. Having grown up around the construction industry, she developed a strong interest in the service field early on. Menen brings a fresh perspective and creative energy to our office, consistently approaching her work with enthusiasm and care. She is committed to delivering exceptional customer service and treats every client with the warmth and respect of family.

Dylan

Electrician

Dylan brings a genuine passion for the electrical trade, a path he first started while living in Washington. After trying out a handful of other trades, he found himself drawn right back to electrical work — the place he realized he truly belongs. When he’s not helping homeowners stay safe and powered up, Dylan is spending time with his family, building and racing RC cars with his son, fishing, or heading out camping. He’s all about honest work, good craftsmanship, and treating every home as if it were his own.
